    Operations Chiefs.

    The Orange County Operations Section brings together Deputy, Division, and Assistant Chiefs from every fire agency across the county. Our mission is to provide consistent, exceptional leadership in all-risk service delivery through a unified, collaborative framework. By operating as a singular regional force, we protect lives, property, and the environment across all jurisdictions—proving that excellence in public safety knows no boundaries.

    Training Officers.

    The Training Officers Section is dedicated to the professional evolution of the modern firefighter. We serve the OCFCA by developing and delivering standardized, high-level training that ensures every responder in Orange County is prepared for the complexities of today’s fire service. Our focus is on seamless interoperability, ensuring our personnel are ready to work across agencies to overcome any challenge with precision and skill.

    Dedicated to the health and safety of our community, the EMS Officers Section represents every facet of Emergency Medical Services in Orange County.     Fire Marshals.

    The OCFCA Fire Marshals are regional leaders committed to safeguarding the entirety of Orange County through proactive risk reduction. We strengthen the fire service by advocating at all levels of government and expanding community education and enforcement. By building strong partnerships with stakeholders and executing modern-day fire prevention strategies, we transform the Chiefs’ vision into a safer reality for every resident.

    Fire Prevention.

    Our Fire Prevention Officers are the frontline of Community Risk Reduction (CRR). Committed to regional collaboration and progressive outreach, we advocate for the Orange County fire service on regional, state, and federal platforms. We engage in innovative training and leverage data-driven prevention programs to ensure our internal and external partners are equipped to stop emergencies before they start.
